Alcohol Cart Reminder – International Flights

Please remember, all opened or partially used wine or alcohol must be disposed of prior to arrival on international flights. Complete appropriate paperwork and ensure all carts and carriers containing alcohol are sealed prior to arrival.

FAA Cabin Safety Inspectors Conducting Onboard Checks

Inspectors will be at American Airlines crew bases and other stations across the system through March 2018. These safety checks are twofold and include verifying Inflight Manual (IFM) compliance and use of the Comply365 application on your Flight Attendant tablet.

As part of these safety checks, FAA Cabin Safety Inspectors will be in the field asking Flight Attendants to demonstrate their ability to use the tablet and find information within the Comply365 application. They will also be checking to be sure Flight Attendants are in possession of a fully charged spare battery.

Elevate the Everyday Experience Deadline Extension

As a result of ongoing issues, the Company announced that they will extend the deadline for completing the Elevate the Every Day Experience online training to January 31, 2018.

Deadline Approaching to Earn Incentive Rewards through Web MD Wellness

October 31, 2013 is the deadline for employees and covered spouses who are currently enrolled in one of the American Airlines Health plans to complete activities in order to earn incentive rewards through the Web MD Wellnessprogram.
