LGA Base Brief

New York Flight Attendants,

Each month, we will release multiple base briefs to communicate to our LGA-based members. We will include articles of issues and updates that need to be communicated to the base. Our goal is to make sure that as much information is provided to our base, along with information that has already been sent from APFA National. It is important that your email and contact information is up-to-date at APFA. Click Here to update your information.

APFA Local and National Contacts

Professional Standards

As always, we encourage ALL Flight Attendants to go through Professional Standards (PS) when encountering an issue with a fellow FA or crewmember. Many situations can be avoided and resolved by calling your local PS rep. Please take into consideration that they are volunteers and not full time.

Our BCRs, Cathy and I have a good relationship with Flight Service and we maintain this relationship in order to receive much success for our FAs. We always encourage ALL FAs to first talk to their FSM regarding and issue in order to maintain a good relationship. Keep in mind, we are always here to assist a FA with dealing with their FSM.

Fly Safe,

Raymond, Cathy and NY Team.
