Flight Attendant Operational Integration (FOI)

FOI is here. Many changes have gone into effect with the full implementation of the JCBA at PBS bases.

Section 10 – Scheduling:

• 35/7 will remain only for Reserves
• Lineholders will need to waive for more than 30/7 in PBS

Section 11 – Hours of Service:

• This section has some significant changes. Please note the new duty limitations charts, E and F below.
• You will also notice that all International flying duty limits have been moved to Section 14 – International Flying.

In a Reserve month with vacation days, Reserves will receive days off accordingly:

Section 15 – Foreign Language Speaker:

• Speakers will now be part of minimum crew staffing. Speaker staffing is addressed in Section 15.A.
• The Company retains the right to staff up to 1 per cabin and up to 2 in the main cabin on a wide body with more than 200 seats in main cabin

• All crewmembers must call (800) VIP-CREW or (682) 315-2739 to reach Crew Scheduling, Crew Tracking, and other departments.
• Remember to use your DECS password and AA employee number.

Crew Check-In

• Flight Attendants have the ability to report for their sequence or standby using CCI check in either from their tablet or personal device using Mobile CCI.
