PBS MIS-AWARD PROCESS

If you believe you have a mis-award, contact the FABRC and they will begin the initial investigation and record your call history. You must begin the initial investigation process no later than the 24th at 1200 (DFW time) to be considered a PBS mis-award.

If you believe you have a mis-award do not participate in TTS or make changes with ETB until you have received confirmation of a mis-award as you cannot make yourself illegal for any mis-award remedy. After receiving confirmation of a mis-award from the FABRC, follow their instructions and input the “like” trip parameters in the next available TTS run.

You only need to participate in one TTS run after a confirmed mis-award.  Following the TTS run, notify the FABRC with your run batch ID number.

You can continue to use TTS and ETB, after FABRC notification.

DECS/FOS TRAINING

Are you interested in learning and understanding how to use DECS and read FOS?  Join APFA Contract and Scheduling Chairs Erik Harris and Becky Lydecker on January 8th or 9th for a training class in Philadelphia at the B16 WBT room, from 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm.   They will also be available to answer any contract and scheduling questions.

HOURLY PAY & PER DIEM INCREASE

January 1, 2019 we will see the final pay rate and per diem increase in this contract.
