115 Hour TTS Monthly Max Letter of Agreement

The Settlement Agreement dated January 9, 2018 included a provision which increases the TTS Monthly Max to 115 hours. This increase was to remain in effect until all bases were on PBS.

At the March 2019 APFA Annual Convention held in Boston, the Board of Directors discussed continuing this provision for all Flight Attendants going forward. This Letter of Agreement (LOA) signed March 20, 2019 amends the JCBA contractual language 10.E.3.c and 10.O.1.a to reflect the TTS Monthly Max of 115 hours for the duration of the JCBA. On March 21, 2019, the Executive Committee approved and officially authorized the LOA via teleconference to continue this provision for all Flight Attendants going forward.
