4.22.19 – MIA Base Brief – TTS/ETB Processing Error

Your Base Leadership is currently working with the National Scheduling and SBA Departments to correct the TTS processing error that occurred last night, April 21, 2019. The Company sent out a communication this morning hoping to have the error resolved prior to ROTA run at 1500 HBT.

Currently, we are filing a Notice of Dispute for all Flight Attendants that were affected by this malfunction. We will send out an update as soon as possible to advise you further as updates become available.

We urge you to continue to monitor your email, and to report any other issues to the Company’s “Support” tab under TTS/UBL found in Crew Portal.
