5.03.19 – A3 Deadhead Arbitration Update

On May 2, 2019, APFA and the Company completed the first day of the A3 Deadhead Arbitration.  This Presidential Grievance was filed challenging the Company’s failure to provide positive space travel to Flight Attendants electing to deadhead to their commuter city versus their base city after working the last live leg of a trip.  APFA took a strong stance in defending our contractual rights in yesterday’s arbitration.  We will continue to do so as the arbitration proceeds on July 16-17, 2019.
