6.10.19 – Reserve Survey Extended

Reserve Survey Extended Until June 24th 1700 CST

Some members have reported technical difficulties when completing the survey online. These issues are being investigated to find the root cause of the problem. They appear to be isolated problems, but to ensure every member is able to complete the survey, APFA is extending the reserve survey.

If you are having technical difficulties, we suggest trying a different device before contacting APFA HDQ.

The Reserve Survey has been extended until June 24th, 2019 at 1700 central time.

How do I access the survey?

There are a few ways to access it, here is the Direct link:

You can also find it on the main landing page banner after you sign in to apfa.org

If that link does not work you can also access it by going to; “Departments” tab, then scroll down to “Negotiating Committee”.
I can’t seem to log in to the APFA website, how do I get help?

To register or reset your password, click register on the home page. You will be prompted to input your email address or employee number.

If you are unable to reset your password or need help registering you may contact:

• APFA dues department at (817) 540-0108 ext. 8151

What if I’m not dues current?You must be dues current to take this survey. If you are not dues current, make a payment by logging in on the APFA website and then clicking “My Account”. From there click on “Balance” and you may pay online.

You may also pay by contacting the dues department at (817) 540-0108 ext. 8151 to pay over the phone during normal business hours.
