APFA’s Annual LM-2 Update

I’d like to address members regarding APFA’s annual LM-2. An LM-2 is a form where the union reports items such as salaries and other union expenses, with a summary of all receipts and disbursements from the union in that reporting fiscal year. The LM-2 is filed by APFA with the government every year. As a result of key staff turnover and other unexpected factors, the final work product has been regretfully delayed. The Treasurer’s office is working diligently, along with APFA’s accountants and independent auditors, to complete the LM-2 and subsequent filing. It is currently being finalized and we expect to have it filed in short order. We appreciate your patience and continued interest in the affairs of your Union.
