Implementation of ETB-TTS-UBL Arbitration

On Monday, October 21^st, 2019, we are scheduled to begin the ETB-TTS-UBL Arbitration.  This case involves the company’s failure to deliver a system capable of properly processing TTS/ETB/UBL.

I encourage you all to attend the arbitration to view the process, support your arbitration team, and support your Flight Attendants.
