10.23.19 – Annual enrollment is now open!

Annual enrollment is from October 21, 2019, to November 1, 2019, at 2359 CDT. Don’t forget to make your elections for the 2020 plan year.Things to consider when making your elections are not only the cost of the premiums but also your deductible and out of pocket max.

2020 Coverage Premiums –

*DFW ConnectedCare
This plan is only offered by the BSWQA network in the DFW area.  If you have dependents at college or living outside the metroplex this option probably isn’t right for you. Traveling outside the DFW area and you need care, you can go to AA onsite clinics, CVS MinuteClinics, and clinics operated by Walmart. Only urgent and emergent care while traveling outside the DFW will be covered.
