PHL February Allocations

For the month of February our total headcount is 2683. The available headcount is 2405 with line holders needed at 2016 and reserves needed at 389.

Our year-over-year head count is 2679 which is up 4. Our available headcount was 1926 which is up 80 and our reserves are down 10.

The company had planned on offering 65 VLOA’S and we did ask for additional VLOA’S. They since have been awarded and they awarded 92, which we were happy to see.

The overall line average is 78.5%

We do have an increase of ODAN’s for February.

When bidding for February, remember February 2^nd is Super Bowl Sunday, February 14^th is Valentines Day, and February 17th is Presidents Day.

As a reminder the staffing for the 787 will be 8 Flight Attendants. This is the FAA minimum.  FCO will once again be suspended for February and will return the end of the month. You will also see some extended IPD layovers in February.
