KCM Planned Outage

American Airlines will be performing maintenance on the systems that support employee badging and badge photos. This will impact Known Crewmember (KCM) since it will not be able to access employee photos.

During the IT maintenance window between 2300 February 12, 2020 and 0100 CT on February 13, 2020, the American Airlines databases that are responsible for employee badge photos will undergo system maintenance for up to 60 minutes.
