June Pay Protections

We are pleased to announce that APFA was successful in securing additional pay protections above the current JCBA protections through a Letter of Agreement (LOA) with the Company for the June bid month. The pay protections for June will be similar to May, with your protected June guarantee based on your original PBS line value:

Please note: Your Pay Projection (PPROJ) will be raised to your guarantee after all trips flown are included in the PPROJ (similar to May). This includes ETB, TTS/UBL, PBS, carryover time, vacation time, paid sick time, etc. If your June PPROJ is higher than your June guarantee, no action will be needed. If your PPROJ is less than your June guarantee, add the value of lost time (scheduled vs. actual sequence value) due to cancelled flight(s) within a sequence and full sequence cancellation(s) in an amount up to, but not exceeding June guarantee.
