New Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Mid-Year Options Now Available

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced the ability to make changes to your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) mid-year. You may open a new FSA, or you may increase, decrease, or stop contributions to your current FSA. You may also make changes to your Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA), Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA), or limit purpose HCFSA. Changes to your FSA contributions may be made by calling the American Airlines Benefits Service Center at 888-860-6178, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CT).
