March Bid Packet and Revised Bidding Timeline

PHL March bid packets are now available on Jetnet> Flight Service> Bidding-PBS. We are cautiously optimistic as LHR and DUB are published for bidding, with the first eastbound flights operating on March 27, 2021. Please keep in mind IPD destinations are very fluid, and until departure day, we have to keep our fingers crossed that they operate.

Web-Based Training AND ‘Well for Work’

First quarter WBT modules that must be completed by March 21, 2021 at 2359 CST. You may access the WBTs via the Learning Hub on the Flight Service page.

February ‘well for work’ forms may be found on your tablet under Comply365>Forms.  If you do not have access to your tablet, you may also fill out your well to work form via aa.comply365.net.

Vacation Bidding

First-round Vacation bidding for the 2021-2022 fiscal year is currently open, and will close on March 3, 2021, at 1200 CST.  If you have questions about vacation bidding, you may email [email protected].

Virtual Town Halls for VEOP and EVLOA-2 Information

There will be several town halls this week to have your questions answered about the VEOP and EVLOA-2.

The company will be hosting a Retirement Specific Town Hall Monday, February 15, 2021,, at 1000 CST, and again on February 24, 2021, at 1400 CST.

PHL Flight Service Base Management will also be hosting a town hall to answer VEOP and EVLOA questions on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at 1330 EST.
