As an APFA Member, you now have the opportunity to purchase individual long-term care insurance. APFA has partnered with ACSIA Partners to offer you this coverage with fewer medical questions to answer if you apply before June 15, 2021. Coverage is provided through Transamerica.

*Eligibility for fewer medical questions: Actively-at-work APFA Members age 18-65, with 6 months of service may be eligible to apply with fewer health questions, no medical exam, no height/weight, and most will not have to provide medical records as proof of good health. Exclusions may apply. Employees outside these guidelines, spouses/domestic partners, and extended family members may apply with standard medical underwriting. Please note, coverage is not guaranteed.
