New Hours for the APFA Contract & Scheduling Desk Start Tomorrow

The APFA Contract and Scheduling Desk hours are changing. Beginning May 2nd, Live Chat will be available on weekends and holidays from 0900 to 1700 (CT). Starting May 3rd, a Contract/Scheduling Representative will be available by phone from 0700 to 1900 (CT) Monday through Friday. Live Chat will resume in the evenings and will be available from 1500 to 2300 Central time Monday through Friday.

The Contact/Scheduling Desk Reps are here to answer your questions about the JCBA and Scheduling issues by calling 817-540-0108. Follow the prompts to Contract/Scheduling. Live Chat may be accessed on the home page of APFA.org.
