June TTS Glitch

I received the following response with regards to yet another glitch with last night’s TTS run.

There is currently a team trying to identify the issue and process the run. The team thought initially that the run would be done by 0900 and ETB would open. However, this time is being extended. There is a banner put up for the Flight Attendants.

I have advised the Company they are responsible for sending an actual communication out, not just the banner on Crew Portal.

The priority is to complete the run, identify the root cause with full details, and meet with the Union and Labor to discuss.

While they are working on the TTS run, ballots are disabled.

I will be filing a Base NOD, as we all know the level they hold Flight Attendants to on the Attendance/Performance Policy. However, they should be held to the same level of caliber for their many computer glitches. Accountability goes in both directions.
