APFA is hosting a special Reserve Survival Virtual Town Hall to help prepare Flight Attendants for future Reserve months. Various topics will be discussed during the Town Hall, including Reserve Availability Periods (RAPs), Reserve Open Time Assignment (ROTA/D), Less than Minimum Callout (LMCO), and other important issues related to Reserve. This Town Hall will be a helpful tool for those serving Reserve for the first time under the JCBA.
