mobileCCI Acknowledge Button

The Company has updated mobileCCI to now show an “acknowledge” screen when you have a message regarding a Reserve assignment. For quite some time, Reserves were unaware that by clicking the “next” button on CCI, they were acknowledging an assignment.

Due to the persistence of the APFA Contract/Scheduling Department, this change is finally here! Once you are assigned or awarded a trip or airport standby, you will see this pop-up on mobileCCI asking you to acknowledge your assignment. Once you click the button, the message will disappear, and the ONE system will show you have acknowledged the assignment.

We hope that this long-awaited enhancement will help clear up any confusion when using mobileCCI while serving Reserve.
