Mid-month Direct Deposit Delay

We are aware of an issue that affected some direct deposits for today’s mid-month paycheck. We understand this affected deposits into accounts at the American Airlines Credit Union. APFA has been in touch with management about this since early this morning. They report that the issue has been addressed, and the deposits have been processed.

We encourage you to scrutinize your paystub for any pay irregularities. Should you notice a discrepancy, please reach out to the Payroll Support Center via email at [email protected] or by calling (800) 447-200 (option 1, then option 6).
