Revised October 2021 PBS Bid Award Summary

Today, the Company issued a revised PBS Bid Summary for the October award. A Flight Attendant noticed a discrepancy in the seniority number of the most junior awarded vacation low in CLT. Upon investigation, the Company acknowledged a mistake when calculating the vacation low lines for CLT. The PBS Admin Team assures us they are working to determine the cause of this discrepancy.

Any Lineholder or Reserve who has an inquiry or believes she/he may have received a mis-award must submit a PBS Award Challenge on Crew Portal > Links > Support Tab, no later than Friday, September 24 at 1200 (CDT). (Under System, select PBS. Under Form Type select either LH Award Challenge or RSV Award Challenge).

In addition to the misaward claim on Crew Portal, we ask you to fill out the PBS Misaward Report Form at APFA.org so we can log and investigate potential misawards.
