The  Call Center is open from 08:00 (CT) until 18:00 (CT) Monday – Friday, and 09:00 (CT) until 12:00 (CT) on Saturday. Please Note: The Call Center is closed November 25-27, December 24-27 and December 31- January 3. 

You can schedule a one-on-one appointment with a benefit counselor to walk you through the enrollment process. Schedule an appointment in advance by clicking the Book Now link below. Note: Flight Attendants who live in New York and Puerto Rico must enroll using the self-serve option only. A benefit counselor cannot take your enrollment via the call center option, by law.
