COVID-19 Vaccine Verification

If you have submitted your COVID-19 vaccine to the company, your training record will be updated with SPL 21 code on your HI*9 in FOS. We encourage all Flight Attendants who have submitted proof of vaccination to verify the code has been entered. You can access your training record by inputting the HI*9 code in your personal mode in DECS. It will appear at the bottom of the screen.

You can also access your HI*9 in mobileCCI.

If you have submitted proof of vaccination, but don’t see the SPL 21 code on your HI*9, please reach out to the Flight Service COVID Support Team for assistance by sending an email to [email protected].
