Important Message for Reserves

All,

If you are on a RAP and call in sick or receive a Missed Trip (TM) for an assignment, the Company WILL pull your travel history to see if you are in base. I cannot stress how important it is for commuters and those not at base to use good judgement when serving a RAP while on Reserve.

Below is a communication regarding this issue that the Company sent out in a mobileCCI message on January 5th of this year. If you are on Reserve or scheduled to be on Reserve in the upcoming months, I urge you to read the Company communication below.
