Issues with Confirmation of Reserve Assignments on mobileCCI

There have been a lot of problems with the confirmation of Reserve assignments on mobileCCI, and Missed Trips (TMs) issued as a result. Frequently, Flight Attendants are telling us they KNOW they confirmed the assignment, but mobileCCI does not reflect that when reviewed by Management. Several Flight Attendants have even reported to the airport only to find out they have received a Missed Trip (TM) as a result of the system not acknowledging the confirmation through mobileCCI or Crew Portal.

This pattern seems to occur when the assignment is confirmed immediately after the trip is assigned. There appears to be a communication error that does not register the confirmation. We suggest you take a screen shot of your notification confirmation for each assignment so there is proof if it is called into question. To be on the safe side, we highly recommend calling Crew Scheduling to confirm the assignment. This would eliminate any margin of error.

I will once again address this issue with the Company, as it continues to happen on a weekly basis.
