New Year, New Contract

The latest Negotiations Update was disappointing and showed American Airlines’ true colors for how they continue to undervalue our work group. APFA’s proposals center around flexibility enhancements to improve our work/life balance, and our expectation is that the company will be reasonable at minimum in their bargaining. This airline continues to be successful because of US, showing up day in day out.  We have sacrificed so much over the past few years and received less than our fair share of appreciation.

Our current Contract became amendable in 2019- WE ARE READY for improvements to our compensation and work rules. We ask that you join us, STAND FOR WHAT’S RIGHT, and show American Airlines that we are a unified voice! Join the Contract Action Team and receive updates on future events regarding negotiations and future action items and activities. Together we can work to make a difference in our negotiations.

We had an incredible turnout at the November 15th picket in BOS and across the system! Let’s keep the momentum going! During our nationwide event, it was evident that our work group is STRONG and that we won’t settle for less than what we deserve. Let’s show them that we mean business!
