As we enter this critical phase in negotiations, it is imperative that all members are in good standing. You must be an active member in good standing to participate in Union activities such as voting.

On June 3, we had our monthly allocations and staffing call. We reviewed the information for the July bidding month. Our PHL flying hours are slightly reduced by 1,456 hours. Our Reserve percentage remains relatively low at 19.8% compared to 21.1% in 2022.

Our available headcount is 2,332 Flight Attendants, with 462 expected to be on Reserve. The opening line average is 82.3 hours which we expect to change based on bidding behavior.

Please join us in welcoming 23 New Hires to PHL. Twelve of those will be able to bid in PBS for their July schedules, with an additional eleven assigned a Reserve line when they graduate.

July 2023 Bidding Timeline

Incentive Point

The upcoming critical period is from July 1-7. Remember these dates if you would like to earn an Incentive Point by working on all your operational assignments during this period. Per the Attendance and Performance Policy, an additional point will be added for a sick call during a critical period unless the sick is a result of a medical leave of absence approved before the bidding period for the critical period. PIT Satellite Flying

PIT satellite flying is reduced by 42 hours for the month of July to 4,704 hours compared to June where had 4,746 hours.

ODANs

We gained more ODAN time– BGR, PWM, ORD, and BOS will be available to bid.

Fingerprinting

Reminder… you must be fingerprinted as part of the RAP-BACK Program. Fingerprinting is available in the A-17 Crew Room. Here are the details:

Location: Terminal A-West crew room

Two entrances across from Gate A17. The left doorway is for elevator access; the double doors open to the stairs (the elevator is recommended for first-time visitors).

A code is required for both entryways. (Find the code in Comply365.)

Hours: 1000-1800 Tuesday-Thursday
Closed for lunch: 1230-1330 each day
Fingerprinting deadline: March 22, 2024
