Vacation Bidding 

The Primary Round of Vacation Bidding opened, January 29 at 1200 pm (CT). The Primary Round of Vacation Bidding will close Wednesday, February 28 at 1200 pm (CT). Primary Round awards will be posted no later than Tuesday, March 5 at 1200 pm (CT).

Please note: Your 2024-2025 Annual Vacation Primary and Secondary Vacation Awards/Assignments are based on your crew base of record as of January 1, 2024.

Allocations 

March begins to welcome more of our IPD flying. BCN and FCO begin at the end of the month, with trips positioning crew starting on the 29th of March.

787 domestic wide body flying consists of:

• DFW turn on March 31st
• DFW 2 days throughout the month
• PHX 3 days with 29-hour PHX layover

Turn percentages continue to be below where we would like, only 20%. We know people like turns, especially the early mornings. The company continues to work on achieving a more desirable number.

ODAN numbers are up slightly from February. We will watch how these trips are being covered.

Staffing

The reserve percentage for Chicago is 18.4% vs system average of 19.5%

The expected line average for Chicago at PBS open is expected to be 80.3 vs the system average of 80.9.
