On April 18th, ORD APFA hosted a pop-up picket. It was a great turnout that included out of base Flight Attendants as well as front line workers and labor leaders from across the country. Thank you, ORD Flight Attendants for showing up in full force!

Upcoming Systemwide Picket!
Thursday, May 9, 2024
May 9th will be our next picket. We remain front and center in the faces of management. We hope all of you saw the State of the Airline. Our APFA National President, Julie Hedrick, and 100 Flight Attendants showed up in uniforms. The Company is suddenly unwilling to consider Southwest as a comparator. We must remain steadfast in our fight to get the INDUSTRY LEADING CONTRACT that we deserve! Continue our fight against corporate greed!
Please join our ORD CAT team at Dave and Busters after the picket!
Need a Bag Tag or Stickers?
Stop by the WINGS office and pick up your “No Retro Pay, No Way!” bag tags. Remember to close the door behind you.
Be one of the first to show off our very own ORD stickers. Thank you to Alyssa from our Contract Action Team for your creative take on our ORD APFA stickers and the Chicago Flag.
Without the credible threat of a strike, management across our industry is perfectly happy to prolong negotiations for years and delay paying for the improvements we have earned.
Using the links below, tell your Representatives in Congress to sign on to a letter that urges the National Mediation Board (NMB) to utilize all provisions of the Railway Labor Act, including “self-help” and workers’ right to strike at the end of a 30-day cooling-off-period. Encourage negotiations for a fair contract for Flight Attendants and other aviation workers. Record profits should equal record contracts.
