This has caused delays and cancelations for departures and arrivals into and within the United States. As of 0800 CT, the FAA reports that the system is back on line and departures have resumed.

Continue ReadingCompany IT glitches continue. Yesterday, it was immediately clear that the Reserve Open Time Assignment (ROTA) award for January 1, 2023, was flawed. APFA immediately engaged with the Director of Crew Scheduling and other members of upper management. While we still don’t know what caused the issue, IT has been investigating to determine the root cause.
